Do you have a catalog? Currently, we have 'virtual' catalog. All our products are displayed online, we do not have physical catalogs available.
![]() How to make a contract? It can be made by us after receiving your order details and email the PI back to confirm. It is requested to send it back to us with your signature.
![]() How to find out product we want? Inputting the keyword needed in the column, it can search automaticly related products or articles.
![]() Minimum quantity? Different product has different quantity request. You can contact us by email for this inquiry.
![]() Payment? T/T payment is accepted. Normally 50% to start the production, and balance 50% before delivery.
![]() Is any sample available? Yes. sample can be sent at freight collect.
![]() How about packing details? It depends on customer's requirements. A carton can contains 6 prs or more. Products are normally packed by polybag/pair or inner box/pair.
![]() How will my order be sent to me? Shipping as you require, such as by courier company, by air, or by sea.
![]() How soon after I place my order will the delivery be made? It can be made in 4-5 weeks after receiving the payment.
![]() I have tried to place an order through www.sobike.cn but I cannot get the order to complete. What should I do? Please email to sales@sobike.cn and input your message, your name and email address, along with a detailed explanation of the problem.
